GEM is an alternative investment group and OCIO provider whose clients relied on static, paper-based reports. As Senior Lead Designer, I led the design of a self-service investor portal that turns allocation, risk, liquidity, and private credit data into clear visual stories.
We started with strategy workshops and user validation, then built a design system for desktop and mobile. The portal launched in August 2025: clients now check performance on their own, which reduced support requests and manual reporting.
