coreIQ helps credit unions turn member data into timely, personal marketing: campaigns, offers, and automated journeys that bring in new accounts and loans.
I started with competitive research into automation tools such as Mailchimp and HubSpot and mapped the campaign flows in FigJam. From there I designed the core product: a home dashboard with concierge recommendations, a visual journey builder, an email editor, a campaign template library, and user management.
